My Simple Booking Process!


  1. Browse my website, galleries and packages. Choose your desired package & complete a booking request.
  2. I will reach out to you via phone, email or text within 24 hours and gather some additional information and email you a quick online questionnaire.  This gives me all of the details needed to ensure you have best experience possible.
  3. Once I receive this form back and we have confirmed all of the details, I will email you an online invoice.  A online invoice is a simple way to make your secured payment.  You will need to pay the required non refundable booking retainer fee to secure your session date/time.  
  4. The last step is to sign my contract.  This basically puts all the details in writing and by signing this form you agree with everything we have discussed. This contract is emailed to you for signature.
  5. Once that is received on my end, YOUR ALL BOOKED!
  6. I will email you a confirmation that our booking is good to go!
  7. The remaining balance is due the day of our session.  No exceptions.
  8. The delivery of your digital images will be finished in approximately 2 weeks or sooner.  I will email you a link to an online private password protected gallery. Wedding galleries are ready within 6 weeks or sooner.  
  9. You will then be given instructions on how to create a FAVORITES FOLDER and make your final selections in the amount of your package. I ask that you have your final selections within 7 days.
  10. Once I receive your final favorites folder selections, I will remove the watermarks and email you a PIN CODE to download your images. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a look at examples of canvas, metal, and acrylic prints. My online store offers high quality Kodak & Fuji professional prints that are delivered right to your door.

How and when will I receive my photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link to your registered email with all your photos in approx. 2 weeks.

When is the best time to have an outdoor photo session?

Have you heard of The GOLDEN HOUR? It's the last hour before sunset and the first hour after sunrise. Lighting is key to a successful outdoor session.

Can I choose the location for our session?

Absolutely! I believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, a venue of your choice or an indoor studio. I'm open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you. I have several great choices for outdoor session and indoor studios in the area, just ask.

Can I choose the images I want in my package?

Yes, Your final gallery will have more than what your package includes. This will give you a nice selection to choose your final images that are included in your chosen package. Your images will be watermarked. You will create a favorite folder and choose the images you want. Once you are finished creating your favorite folder. I will then remove the watermarks and email you a PIN CODE to download your gallery. The gallery will stay open for 14 days. I do ask you choose your favorites within 7 days. However, after 14 days your gallery will be archived.

Do you offer payment plans?

What if I want to purchase more images than the package I purchased?

Yes, you can purchase additional images at $20 each or upgrade your package. Whichever is the better deal.

Do you have a booking fee?

Yes, I require a non refundable booking fee to secure your session date/time.

Do you offer refunds?

No, If you decide to cancel your session and not reschedule with me it's non-refundable.
If you are a NO CALL NO SHOW the day of our session, you will be charged $40 to the card on file!

What if I need to reschedule my session, can I?

I'm happy to reschedule your session for no extra cost to you for any reason. I do REQUIRE a 24 hours notice to reschedule your session. Otherwise, you may be asked to pay a $25 late fee to reschedule and another non refundable booking retainer to secure your new date/time. Please respect my time and communicate asap if you need to reschedule.
